Join us for an unforgettable cooking class at Jnane Garden, beginning at Ecolodge Aroma Dades. As soon as you arrive, you'll be warmly welcomed with fresh herbs and a traditional tea ceremony. From there, we'll gather fresh, organic ingredients from our garden and head to our outdoor kitchen, where you'll learn the secrets of Moroccan cuisine.
We’ll teach you about local foods, spices, and Amazigh culinary traditions, sharing our cultural heritage along the way. While your meal cooks, enjoy a visit to our animal sanctuary, home to donkeys, dogs, mules, birds, and more.
